Precision inspection tools are specialized inspection equipment used to measure and evaluate the dimensional quality of parts. They are simple tools used by industrial production enterprises to control product dimensions (such as hole diameters, spatial dimensions, etc.), improving production efficiency and quality control. They are suitable for mass-produced products (such as automotive parts) to replace measuring tools (such as calipers, micrometers, and three-dimensional measuring machines). Sometimes, when designing the structure of the inspection tool, it is also considered that it can be used as a measurement support. However, when the online inspection function of the inspection tool and the measurement bracket function cannot be met simultaneously, the online inspection function of the inspection tool should be met first. The measuring bracket is an auxiliary bracket used when performing three-coordinate detection on the measured parts with a three-coordinate measuring machine. All the support surfaces (points) and positioning reference surfaces (points) must be milled according to the CAD data of the parts. For some special parts, the measuring brackets should also have the function of partial inspection tools.
