Pressure gauges are widely used in almost all industrial processes and scientific research fields. The working principle of a pressure gauge is to use the elastic deformation of sensitive components (Bourdon tube, bellows, bellows) inside the gauge, and then transmit the pressure deformation to the pointer through the conversion mechanism of the movement inside the gauge, causing the pointer to rotate to display pressure.

The pressure gauge movement consists of a central gear, a sector gear, a balance spring, an indication adjustment screw, and a connecting rod.

The pressure gauge movement can convert the linear displacement of the free end of the spring tube into angular displacement, amplifying the small displacement of the spring tube and allowing the pointer to obtain a larger angle proportional to the measured pressure, ensuring sufficient reading accuracy of the pressure gauge and achieving the purpose of easy observation of the indicated value.
